There's really no smooth way to segue from racing games to tennis games, other than the fact that Sega and Namco used to make both of them. So this episode is an ode to gaming's oldest genre—specifically the Virtua Tennis franchise, which we all love a lot, and Smash Court, which we like a lot less, though there's no denying that its vibes are immaculate. Andrew rounds out the party by rifling through a stack of 40 more tennis games, as he is wont to do, including one for the Phillips CD-i. I don't think I've ever seen a CD-i.
